ELIGIBILITY
Location – the company is a legal entity which headquarters are located in Europe.
Ownership – the company must provide assurance that there is no major ownership control from outside of Europe.
Operations – the company must demonstrate that more than 50% of its R&D activities and staff are in the EU27 or EFTA countries.
Development – the company must confirm that the key stages of software development were carried out in Europe.
