ELIGIBILITY

 

Location – the company’s headquarters are in Europe.

Hosting – the company hosts its software and data within the EU or EFTA.

Infrastructure – the company confirms that it hosts its software and data with European hosting providers. These providers are not subject to non-European legal control.
