The second stage of Sunrise Tech Park’s hashtagStartupLab pre-accelerator programme has begun

Sunrise Tech Park’s pre-acceleration programme, Startup Lab, has officially launched its second phase. The kick-off event, held in Druskininkai, brought together 20 startups joining this new phase of the programme. Over the next 12 weeks, participants will strengthen their entrepreneurial skills, refine their business ideas and prepare for future growth.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to get to know one another, introduce their business ideas, share their expectations and take part in their first group discussions. The gathering provided a great opportunity to make new connections, find inspiration and kick off an intensive phase of the pre-acceleration programme.

20 Startups – From Data Science to Sustainable Innovations

The second phase of Startup Lab brings together 20 startups developing innovative solutions across a wide range of fields, from data science systems to biodegradable fishing bait. The diversity of ideas and backgrounds creates an environment where participants can exchange knowledge, gain fresh perspectives and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Although the startups are working on different solutions, they all share a common goal: to turn their ideas into businesses that meet market needs and have the potential to grow.

The Next 12 Weeks – Focused on Developing Business Ideas

Over the next 12 weeks, participants will take part in hands-on workshops and individual mentoring sessions with experienced mentors. These activities will focus on key aspects of early-stage business development, including understanding customer needs, defining a clear value proposition, refining business ideas and preparing for future growth.

The programme places a strong emphasis on practical learning, allowing participants to apply new knowledge and insights directly to the development of their products or services. With guidance and feedback from mentors, startups will be able to critically evaluate their ideas, identify potential challenges and explore the most effective ways to address them.

A New Phase, New Opportunities

The kick-off event in Druskininkai marked not only the official start of Startup Lab’s second phase but also the beginning of a new startup community. The participants’ enthusiasm, openness to discussion and willingness to share their ideas created an inspiring atmosphere for the weeks ahead.
