Since 2022 Sunrise Tech Park participates in the European DIGITAL SME Alliance which is the largest network of ICT small and medium enterprises in Europe, representing more than 45,000 enterprises in total. Digital SME Alliance is promoting exchanges of experiences, know-how and best practices in the ICT sector. The alliance represents SMEs interests and positions vis-à-vis the EU institutions; it deals with topics of general interest to ICT; organizes trainings, conferences, and seminars and initiates joint projects.
The Alliance organizes high-level events such as the Digital SME Summit and the Digital SME Awards connecting European ICT SMEs with representatives from EU and international institutions, industry associations, researchers, journalists, and many more stakeholders.
The membership of Sunrise Tech Park in European Digital SME Alliance is funded by the Lithuanian Research Council through the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility under the national plan “New Generation Lithuania” and the state budget of the Republic of Lithuania.
